A PSI-appointed coach, not a volunteer parent coach, with a playing and coaching record you can read here. The team meets its coach on a call before anyone flies. The coach runs the bench and the dressing room; parents watch from the stands.
On tour, everyone plays: lines roll, and both goalies start games.
