Bring a team
AAA programs, academies and tournament teams come as a group: the same host tournaments, hotels, staff and guides, around your roster, from any rink in Canada or the United States.

AAA programsYour top line, together.
A group inside a PSI team, or a team built around your program, with your coach's place on the bench agreed before anyone pays.
- Who controls the roster and the bench. Agreed in the proposal, in writing: a group inside a PSI team plays under the PSI head coach; a team built around your program keeps your coach on the bench with PSI staff beside them. To confirm
- Price and who pays. One price per player; the organisation signs one agreement and one invoice, or each family registers and pays its own share on the same instalment plan. Staff places for your coaches are stated as a ratio in the proposal.
- Permits and insurance. Your federation may require a permit for a player to play abroad: USA Hockey has a foreign travel permit, and Hockey Canada branches a permission-to-travel process. Whether either applies to a PSI Selects player, who files it, and whose liability policy covers your players is answered in the proposal, before anyone pays.
AcademiesA tour fitted to your term.
Your coaches and your name; our hosts, hotels and guides; the games fixed before you commit.
- Dates inside your term. The arrival and departure windows are set to your calendar around the host tournament's dates. The games are guaranteed by the host; the week beyond them is built with you.
- Your coaches, your name, your jerseys — or PSI's. Agreed in the proposal.
- Supervision to match your duty-of-care policy. The two-adult rule, screened adults, room checks, the ratio: PSI's standard is on Families; where your policy is stricter, yours applies.
- One agreement, one invoice, with a group deposit schedule. And yes, every year.
Tournament teamsTravel as the team you already are.
We enter you, house you and guide you. You bring the roster and the bench.
- Entered as yourselves: your name, your roster, your bench. The organiser's bracket and its game guarantee are quoted once with the organiser's link.
- What PSI does that you would otherwise do yourself: the entry, the team hotel with breakfast and dinner, a full-time local guide, ground transport, the outings. Priced per player in the proposal.
- Parents book alongside on family packages by room type. The point of contact in Europe on the day is the tour manager, named in the proposal.
